Made using ONLY hand picked, certified organic apples from a family farm in the Waterberg highlands in the Limpopo province of South Africa, using South Africa bred apple cultivars – the Afri-Range. Our apple cider vinegar is naturally fermented by using nothing but pressed apples and is aged in wooden oak barrels before bottling. We follow a raw and simple process to make our apple cider vinegar, which is unfiltered and contains “The Mother”. This apple cider vinegar is alive and filled with healthy enzymes and bacteria.
