Each scoop contains:
400mg Calcium Lactate
200mg Magnesium Citrate
500mg Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid)
200mg Potassium Citrate
Free from synthetic flavouring and colourants, yeast, gluten, lactose.
Directions for use:
Add 1 level scoop of powder (half scoop for children under 12 years) to a cup of freshly boiled water and stir vigorously for 30 seconds or until fully dissolved. Leave to cool or add cold water until temperature of water is comfortable to drink. Best taken at night before bed.
